Cancellation Policy & Refunds

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may do so up until 72 hours before the start of your first session. You will receive a credit voucher that can be used for a future STRIVE Sports program of equal value. This voucher can be used for any immediate family member and must be used within one year from the start date of the registered class.

Participants who DO NOT cancel their session before their registered session at least 72 hours before the start date will not receive a voucher. Emailing us directly: Info@strive-sports.com

Term & Conditions

STRIVE Sports reserves the right to exclude or refuse any participant at any time prior to or during the sessions. All participants are covered by the company insurance policy while under the care of STRIVE Sports staff. STRIVE Sports does not accept liability for personal injury however caused, nor for loss or damage to any property belonging to or traveling with a participant. STRIVE Sports does not accept any responsibility for losses or additional expense incurred due to sickness, weather or any other cause. STRIVE Sports reserves the right to cancel or change the date of the sessions/camps.

All of our STRIVE Sports programs may be subject to change for reasons of safety, unsuitable weather conditions, or unforeseen situations beyond STRIVE Sports control. In these events, we will do our best to notify all registered participants regarding the changes as soon as possible.

Registration will only be confirmed when the payment is received in full.

Inclement Weather Policy (Outdoor Classes Only)

At STRIVE, the safety of your children is our number one priority. We will make every effort to determine the status of class no later than ONE HOUR before the scheduled start time. However, we might have to cancel classes due to adverse weather conditions with shorter notice or while class is in progress if we find the conditions to be unsafe.

In the event of a cancellation, we will contact all enrolled families via email as soon as possible. A makeup class will be determined at the beginning of the session and listed on your registration form. This makeup class will be open to anyone who missed class(es) and/or had a class cancelled due to inclement weather. There will only be one makeup class offered per session so please plan accordingly.

Photo/Video & Media

The participants’ parent(s)/guardian(s) consent to the use of any photos taken of their child, for the promotion of STRIVE Sports. You may opt out of this at the point of booking by emailing us directly: Info@strive-sports.com

Injuries & Safety

All staff and coaches are CPR certified. First aid will be applied by STRIVE Sports staff on site, however staff will contact the parents and EMS in the case of an emergency.

It is imperative that all our participants have the most updated contact information (including but not limited to the emergency contact, address, and phone numbers) on file before the start of the session. Any adjustments must be communicated to STRIVE Sports’ staff immediately.

Children cannot be dropped off more than 5 minutes before class time and must be picked up when the class is over. If a child is not picked up by the end of class, we will contact the parent and/or guardian on file. You will be subjected to a late fee to cover expenses when necessary.

Please contact STRIVE Sports before class if your child will not be attending.

Behaviour Policy & Action Management

STRIVE Sports aims to provide a safe environment for children and staff to fulfill their personal potential, and in which the dignity of all individuals is respected. Swearing, bullying, aggressive, violent & verbal abuse and damage to property is not acceptable behaviour and will not be tolerated. Children must follow instruction from all STRIVE Sports staff. No child must endanger the safety of another or compromise the safety of others by distracting behaviour. Please make any potential behavioural issues known to staff when enrolling in a class. Minor infringements will be dealt with by staff and reported to the parents/guardians accordingly. However, more serious infringements will result in termination from the program and jeopardize their future programs with STRIVE Sports. In the case that your child is removed from a session or a camp due to behavior concerns, you will not be entitled to a credit or refund.

Privacy Policy

STRIVE Sports needs to collect vital information to complete a booking. All paper data is secure. No information given to STRIVE Sports is given to any other company or third party.
